The beginning
Founded in January, 2021.
The 2020 covid pandemic and restrictions crippled physical businesses severely. The world suddenly skipped a few years into the future and compressed years of digital transformation into months.
We thought there were no way physical businesses could survive without technology in the post-COVID-19 era.
This situation compelled us to take this problem as our mission to build a world where physical businesses are digitally connected and eventually thrive in a new reality.
Present
Why online reviews?
Even though we have a big dream and mission, we are still a startup with many limitation. To start, we need to choose a problem that doesn't require us to build a spaceship but still substantially impact physical businesses.
Online reviews are the modern relationship between potential customers and businesses.
Potential customers need reviews to choose the right business to engage with, and good companies also need to show their reputation to win the customers' trust.
It works and benefits both parties.
We believe small businesses can grow significantly by leveraging reviews really well.
Future
Beyond online reviews
Helping businesses grow through online reviews is just the beginning.
We can do many things to help physical businesses grow through technology, such as software to manage customer retention or a growth-hack tool to stimulate word of mouth.
